Court Record Resources
As of July 1, 2001 a fee based system has been implemented in the state of Mississippi for fingerprint criminal history records searches to be used by employers. The information contained in these checks begins in March of 1998 and includes arrest information which is less than one year old.
A name and or birth date check may not render a complete and total version of an individual's arrest or criminal record as some individuals use aliases during the commission of crimes. For that reason, fingerprint comparison is required for a positive ID match.
